Plymouth Argyle owner on John Sheridan

With John Sheridan having just celebrated his first anniversary as Plymouth Argyle manager, Pilgrims owner James Brent talks to BBC Radio Devon about the recruitment process - and how the former Republic of Ireland midfielder performed at his interview.

Brent reveals that Sheridan was "monosyllabic" in some of his answers until the ice was broken when he was reminded of his sending off at Home Park after a clash with Argyle favourite David Friio.  in 2003.

"When we got into the interview he was really good - he was passionate, thoughtful, considered and it was a straightforward, unanimous decision," said Brent. "He's done a great job for us."
