Kevin Ellison's 78th-minute goal denied struggling Wycombe a rare win as they could only manage a draw away at Morecambe.
The home side came close to breaking the deadlock when Tony Diagne saw his free kick sail over the crossbar.
Wycombe took the lead before the break when Nick Arnold's corner was met by Paris Cowan-Hall who headed home.
But Morecambe pulled one back late on when Ellison headed a superb equaliser from Andy Fleming's cross.
Ellison's goal denied Wanderers what would have been only their second win in 12 games, but they move up to 18th place in the League Two table, while Morecambe are three points off the play offs.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Wycombe manager Gareth Ainsworth told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"A point is always a good result away from home, but I think those at the game today, myself included, thought we deserved much more than that.
"We played really well and really got back to how we were at start of the season, and last season.
"The lads have put all that talk on the pitch for me, reacted in the right way, and I was really pleased with the performance.
"If we keep playing like that, the points will start coming, and we'll slowly make our way away from the wrong end of the table."
