Aldershot moved out of the relegation zone with a third straight win as they thumped fellow strugglers Tamworth.
Manny Oyeleke rifled in an opener and Mark Molesley curled home a second to put the Shots in control at half-time.
Brett Williams added a third from the spot before Tamworth's Wayne Thomas was sent off for a second yellow card.
Aiden O'Brien then headed in a corner, Williams fired in his second into the top corner and Jordan Roberts slammed home a sixth to complete the rout.

Aldershot Town manager Andy Scott told BBC Sussex:
"To be as comprehensive as we were show sthe quality we've got and we were the better team from the first minute and we were very comfortable.
"Delighted that we've scored 23 goals in the last six games now, after going through a spell of not scoring and that's full credit to the players."
"We are always positive at this club and we are strong as a group and we have always maintained that. When they went down to 10 men, it does make things easier for you so it's fantastic we scored six and we could have had more."
