Luis Suarez has improved - Brendan Rodgers

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says striker Luis Suarez has shown improvements in both his "football ability and maturity".

Rodgers also says Suarez's proposed move to Arsenal in the summer was "never going to happen", and does not believe the Gunners' interest in him will add any extra spice to Saturday's meeting.

Suarez has scored six goals in five matches, including a hat-trick against West Brom last time out, since returning from a 10-game suspension imposed after he bit Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic,
