"It feels great - I'm so happy to be back again. It's been a long road but I'm looking forward to getting my first game," he told BBC Guernsey.
"The GFC staff have been brilliant - they've been so supportive and I'll always be grateful for it."
Black, who has also had some run-outs for Priaulx League side Vale Rec, suffered the double fracture in the FA Vase win over Erith Town, with play stopped for about an hour to allow him to receive treatment and be taken to hospital.
"It's good to see him back in football," said Guernsey FC coach Colin Fallaize.
"It was a nasty injury but he's worked through it like a real pro. It's a nice boost for us as a team too."
