Bristol City's search for their first League One win of season continues as Marvin Elliott's header was only enough to earn a draw at Gillingham.
Adebayo Akinfenwa put the Gills ahead with a glancing header from a long Charlie Lee throw-in after Sam Baldock threatened for the visitors.
Scott Wagstaff found Elliott for the equaliser with a cross from the left.
Substitute Nicky Shorey went close as Sam Baldock had a later free-kick saved by Gills goalkeeper Stuart Nelson.

Gillingham manager Martin Allen told BBC Radio Kent:
"We were outstanding first half, but had a tricky five minutes before half-time.
"Bristol City came back second half, but we defended as a team. We've conceded late goals so it was important we kept our discipline and got a good point.
"It's another point on our board. We've played some big clubs. The players are improving, but I'm delighted with the players."
Bristol City head coach Sean O'Driscoll told BBC Radio Bristol:
"Things aren't always going to go your way.
"We kept the team more or less the same from Tuesday, and they worked extremely hard. We can give reasons but they are not excuses.
"When you're in games like that you have to make sure you are hard to beat and don't get frustrated with things, which is easy for some players and difficult for others.
"We knew they would attack every chance they had. We were not tight enough and they got a goal."
