- Midfield men Sam Morsy and Doug Loft and reserve keeper Sam Johnson have all been offered two-year deals.
- Mid-season arrivals Liam Chilvers and Chris Birchall are considering 12-month offers.
Vale team-mates Adam Yates, Louis Dodds and Ben Williamson have all agreed terms and will put pen to paper when they return from holiday.
Williamson will sign a two-year deal, while fellow striker Dodds and defender Yates have both been offered one-year deals, with an option for a second.
"It's great that all three have agreed to sign and reaffirm their commitment to the club," said Vale manager Micky Adams.
"We are continuing to speak to a number of players about contracts and hope to have more positive news sooner rather than later."
Winger Ashley Vincent has turned down the offer of a new two-year deal, while Adams is also waiting to hear back from five more players.
