Ross County's Derek Adams has been named the Clydesdale Bank Premier League manager of the month for February.
The SPL debutants have embarked on a 10-game unbeaten run since their defeat by Celtic on 22 December.
"I'm delighted for him and it's his third manager of the month in his rookie season," said County chairman Roy MacGregor.
"He's an exceptional young manager."
During their recent impressive run, County have climbed seven places in the league to fourth spot.
And MacGregor is keen for Adams to extend his contract at the club.
"I'm 99% sure that he'll be here next season. He's got another year on his contract and has an extension on the table," the chairman said.
"It'll be down to whether Ross County are as ambitious as he is and that the board here are willing to back him in what he's trying to do with the club. I'm sure they will.
"I've been with Derek, both as a player and manager, there's a consistency in his leadership and he gets a lot of respect from his players."
