Stoke 2-1 Reading: McDermott bemoans lack of late penalty

Reading boss Brian McDermott says his side should have had a "stonewall penalty" in the final seconds as they lost 2-1 at Stoke City.

McDermott believes the Royals deserved a spot kick after Adam LeFondre went down in the box under a challenge from Ryan Shotton in injury time.

Reading have rescued points from their last four Premier League games with late goals, but they stay 17th in the Premier League table after this defeat.
