West Brom 2-2 Aston Villa: Lambert disappointed by derby draw

Paul Lambert says Aston Villa "should have been out of sight" after letting slip a two goal lead at West Bromwich Albion to draw 2-2 in the West Midlands derby.

The Villa manager believes his side "should have been four up" at the Hawthorns after goals from Christian Benteke and Gabriel Agbonlahor gave them a 2-0 half-time lead, before the home side fought back to earn a share of the spoils.

Villa's point lifts them out of relegation zone, but they remain without a win in six matches ahead of their Capital One Cup semi-final second leg against Bradford on Tuesday evening.
