Exeter City midfielder Jimmy Keohane hopes he can score more often for the club after getting his first ever professional goal at York City.
The 21-year-old Irishman, who
signed a one-year deal last summer,
got the winner
in the 2-1 victory at Bootham Crescent
in League Two.
"Now I've got my first I'd like to get a few more," he told
BBC Radio Devon.
"I've got a few in the reserves and hopefully I can carry them into the first team now."
joined Exeter in August 2011
after being released by Bristol City.
He made his debut as a substitute in the club's 3-1 Carling Cup defeat by Liverpool in August 2011 and has featured in every match since the end of November.
"It's good to get a run of games and hopefully I can keep doing well and get a few more goals and we can improve at home.
"If we can get a few wins there we'd certainly be around the top of the table .
"Wins at home would give us the confidence to start to improve, that's what it as about really."
