Kidderminster Harriers: Marvin Johnson suffers toe fracture

Kidderminster Harriers winger Marvin Johnson could face six weeks on the sidelines with a fractured toe.

Johnson, 22, has featured in all but one of Harriers' Blue Square Bet Premier matches so far this season.

Danny Pilkington (thigh injury) could return to replace Johnson for Saturday's game with leaders Newport.

"Marvin could be missing for up to six weeks but we will know the full extent of it soon," Harriers boss Steve Burr told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

"It's a shame really because he's come into the side and done very well, so to lose him is disappointing."

Harriers go into Saturday's game now within four points of the play-off pack - and just 10 adrift of Newport - on the back of their run of just one defeat in 16 league games.
