George Friend says home form key for Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough defender George Friend believes home advantage can spark a return to winning ways after Saturday's first defeat in 10 games at Cardiff.
Strugglers Bristol City arrive on Teesside on Saturday, with fellow promotion hopefuls Huddersfield the visitors three days later.
"We've got two home games now, and we've been pretty good at home this season," Friend, 25, told BBC Tees.
"The teams coming to us will be nervous and I hope we can get the wins there."
Boro won seven of their previous nine games unbeaten, earning October's Manager of the Month award for Tony Mowbray.
Friend, 25, joined Middlesbrough from Doncaster in July, and has since made 20 appearances.
