Highlights of Saturday's Scottish Premier League matches will be on the BBC Sport website from 18:00 GMT and there will be full round-up, including today's match, on Sportscene on BBC Two Scotland at 22:30 GMT.

    Motherwell manager Stuart McCall

"I'm delighted for the players. Our forward play was very good and we got the goals at the right times."

Sportsound pundit John Robertson on Motherwell

"That is the perfect away performance."

    Sportsound pundit Billy Dodds

"It's nothing but praise for Motherwell. They were magnificent. It was never Inverness's day."

    Sportsound commentator Scott Davie

    "Motherwell complete an emphatic victory."

  7. 1435:
    FULL-TIME- Inverness 1-5 Motherwell

It's all over and what an afternoon it's been for Motherwell. Ruthless at times in front of goal and a constant threat throughout. A day to forget for Inverness.

  8. 1432:
    GOAL- Inverness 1-5 Motherwell (Daley)

Another goal for Motherwell and it's a disaster for Antonio Reguero. Omar Daley's dipping shot is straight at the keeper but he lets the ball go right through him and into the net.

  9. 1428:

Nicky Law is slipped through on goal in the inside right channel and he flashes a shot across the face of the Inverness goal.

Sportsound pundit John Robertson on Motherwell

"They've worked really hard. They've looked a complete side. They've all been excellent."

  11. 1427:

Jamie Murphy cannot keep his shot dowing after driving at the Inverness defence.

  12. 1426:

Second substitution with Omar Daley coming on in place of Chris Humphrey.

  13. 1423:

First change for the visitors with Bob McHugh on for Henrik Ojamaa.

  14. 1422:

Inverness go close again with Richie Foran's header dipping wide of Darren Randolph's goal.

  15. 1421:

Motherwell are on their way to their second 4-1 victory against Inverness this season.

  16. 1419:

There's a scramble in the Motherwell box after Darren Randolph flaps at a cross but the visitors eventually mop up the danger.

  17. 1417:

Inverness try to respond and Aaron Doran's long-range strike is touched onto the bar by Darren Randolph. The Highlanders keep the pressure on and Andrew Shinnie's shot is deflected over.

  18. 1415:
    GOAL- Inverness 1-4 Motherwell (Ojamaa)

At long last Henrik Ojamaa nicks his first goal of the season, the Estonian drilling the ball through the keeper's legs from Nicky Law's pass.

  19. 1413:

Darren Randolph plucks the ball out of the air to end an Inverness advance. Twenty minutes to go.

  20. 1412:

Conor Pepper replaces Gavin Morrison for Inverness.

  21. 1411:

Steven Hammell is caught by a boot and receives treatment on a bloody nose.

  22. 1409:

It's just not been Inverness's day. Gavin Morrison gets in a good shooting position and tries his luck but the ball smacks off team-mate Richie Foran and out of play.

  23. 1404:

Inverness make a change with Billy McKay making way for Shane Sutherland.

  24. 1402:

It may be little consolation to Inverness but by netting today they have become the SPL's top scorers with 27 goals.

  25. 1358:

Motherwell continue to press and Henrik Ojamaa, still searching for his first goal this season, gets in behind the Inverness defence only to be foiled by keeper Antonio Reguero.

  26. 1357:

Sportsound pundit Billy Dodds says Adam Cummins' finish was "first class" with the defender netting his first Motherwell goal.

  27. 1355:
    GOAL- Inverness 1-3 Motherwell (Cummins)

Inverness struggle to clear their lines and Tom Hateley's cross reaches Adam Cummins at the back post. The defender controls well before burying the ball past Antonio Reguero.

    Sportsound pundit John Robertson

"There's more goals in this game."

  29. 1349:
    GOAL- Inverness 1-2 Motherwell (Foran)

Inverness pull one back straight away. Richie Foran takes a superb touch to control David Raven's cross on the six-yard line before clipping the ball past Darren Randolph.

  30. 1348:

The match resumes with Inverness kicking off.

@darrenjwood: "#ICT don't look to have the confidence of a ten game unbeaten run! #Motherwell seem to be better away from home these days #bbcsportsound"

@bringthemonjpn: "#bbcsportsound M'well have been so consistently inconsistent this season. Much better away from home. Maybe the players like a wee day out"

@markusthegreek: "A team in form against a team weakened by illness. I didn't see this coming. Expect an ICT comeback in the second half #bbcsportsound"

  32. 1332:
    HALF-TIME- Inverness 0-2 Motherwell

Terrific first-half performance from Motherwell. Two good finishes from Michael Higdon and Jamie Murphy and Stuart McCall's side are on course for the three points. Inverness have it all to do.

  33. 1331:

Antonio Reguero's had a busy first half. The Inverness keeper palms away a dangerous Henrik Ojamaa cross and the ball is cleared out for a corner. It's one from the training ground as Keith Lasley lets the ball go through his legs for Nicky Law to fire just over from the edge of the box.

  34. 1328:

Under five minutes until the break. Inverness need a spark to turn this match around.

  35. 1323:

Inverness have had a couple of long-range efforts but Motherwell stopper Darren Randolph has been equal to them.

  36. 1320:

Motherwell counter from an Inverness break and Jamie Murphy tries to bend a shot past Antonoi Reguero but the keeper dives to his left to beat the ball away.

  37. 1318:

The sliding figure of Henrik Ojamaa cannot quite get a connection on Steven Hammell's teasing low cross but the ball continues to Chris Humphrey and his shot from the back post is blocked by Inverness goalkeeper Antonio Reguero.

    Sportsound pundit Billy Dodds

"Every Motherwell player has looked good on the ball."

@bringthemonjpn: "#bbcsportsound Higdon has earned his pay in almost [every] game this season.Think we'll see some fireworks from ICT now, though.."

  40. 1312:

Inverness look stunned following the loss of those two goals. Motherwell have a bit of swagger about them and know a third goal could more or less finish this game as a contest.

Anonymous: "Roberts left out, be interesting to see how the team fare without him & too good a player to have sitting on the bench."

  42. 1310:

The visitors are really on top and Jamie Murphy cuts in from the left and batters in a shot that clips the crossbar on its way out.

    Sportsound pundit John Robertson

"It's been a wonderful, wonderful start from Motherwell. Still a long, long way to go."

  44. 1307:
    GOAL- Inverness 0-2 Motherwell (Murphy)

And Motherwell have a second! Chris Humphrey's cross is tamely headed by Josh Meekings and Jamie Murphy volleys the loose ball home.

  45. 1304:
    GOAL- Inverness 0-1 Motherwell (Higdon)

Out of nothing, Motherwell take the lead as Michael Higdon rises to head Nicky Law's cross into the net.

    Sportsound pundit Billy Dodds

"No cutting edge from both teams so far."

  47. 1258:

Still no real pattern to the game. Game needs a genuine chance to get it going.

  48. 1254:

Inverness yet to really threaten, comfortable in possession in their own half but unable to do anything over halfway.

  49. 1250:

More pressure from the hosts and the ever-busy Henrik Ojamaa pulls the ball back across the box but there are no team-mates hovering.

  50. 1249:

Early possession for the visitors and they win the first corner. Tom Hateley's inswinging delivery from the left is over-hit and curves out on the far side.

  51. 1247:

    Motherwell get the game started.

  52. 1246:

It's a sun-kissed early afternoon at the Caledonian Stadium. Kick-off approaching.

  53. 1243:

Inverness are on a 10-match unbeaten run in all competitions and can go third if they win today. Their last defeat was against Motherwell in September.

A victory for the visitors would take them up to fourth, which is where Inverness would sit if the match ends all square.

One change in either side with Gavin Morrison returning for the hosts and Philip Roberts dropping out. Shaun Hutchinson replaces Simon Ramsden in the Motherwell line-up.

    Motherwell manager Stuart McCall

"Cracking day so hopefully we can put on a show. Really looking forward to the game. We're in a confident mood, we've done well on the road this year."

    Inverness manager Terry Butcher

"There's a lot to play for. It's such a tight league. We're getting used to the fact that we're up near the top of the table."
