Woking must stay united, says Dean Sinclair

Woking midfielder Dean Sinclair says the side must not be too downhearted despite a heavy defeat at Grimsby.

The Cards were beaten 5-1 by the Mariners on Saturday and now lie five points above the relegation zone.

He told BBC Surrey: "We got punished for every single mistake. Everything seemed to fall for them and sometimes that happens for teams at the top.

"We've got to dig in, stay together as a team and hopefully the results will come for us."

The 27-year-old former Barnet player added: "We looked comfortable at 1-0 but then one ball over the top ended up in the goal and the rest is history.

"Going forward, we looked strong and we created chances as we always do.

"It's a great squad and the team spirit is phenomenal. I don't think there will be any problems in the latter part of the season."
