Sunderland unlucky to lose at Everton - O'Neill

Manager Martin O'Neill says Sunderland are "very unlucky" to have lost 2-1 at Everton after conceding two goals in four second-half minutes.

Adam Johnson put Sunderland in front before Marouane Fellaini and Nikica Jelavic gave Everton the victory.

O'Neill insists Sunderland, who are three points above the relegation zone, played "brilliantly" and their performance proves they will be safe in the Premier League this season.
