Lewis Grabban hit a second-half hat-trick as Bournemouth beat Oldham to continue their revival under manager Eddie Howe.
Grabban gave the Cherries the lead when he latched on to Harry Arter's pass, before doubling his tally a minute later with another smart finish.
He completed his hat-trick following up after Arter, who had been brought down, saw his penalty saved by Dean Bouzanis.
Charlie Daniels' header made it four, before Matt Smith's nodded consolation.
Bournemouth have now won seven of eight unbeaten matches under returning boss Howe, while Oldham have now lost three in a row.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe told BBC Radio Solent:
"It was a slow start. I think it was a little bit bitty first half but I think the pleasing thing from my perspective was we weren't at our best, but we didn't concede and came in level at half time.
"We were desperate for that first goal and when it came it was great. It was right at the start of the second half, it picked the crowd up and from that point on we looked quite comfortable.
"I thought Lewis Grabban took his goals really well. I thought the second goal especially was a great finish."
