Wrexham have failed in their appeal against the red card shown to goalkeeper Joslain Mayebi against Alfreton Town.
Mayebi was sent-off for violent conduct during the second half of his side's home
FA Cup first round defeat last Saturday.
The 26-year-old, recently called up to the Cameroon squad, will now serve a three-match suspension.
Andy Coughlin will deputise for Mayebi against Southport on Tuesday.
"The panel considered at length the club's assessment of events and carefully reviewed the match DVD before passing down their judgement," said Wrexham in a club statement.
"They did not think the appeal was frivolous, so no additional games were added to his suspension."
