Queen's Park 1-1 Berwick Rangers

Queen's Park missed the chance to go top of the Third Division table after they were held to a draw by Berwick.

The home side found themselves trailing when Darren Lavery scored his first goal of the season, firing into the bottom corner from 12 yards.

However, Queen's Park were level two minutes later when Anthony Quinn volleyed home Andrew Robertson's cross from 12 yards.

Both sides failed to produce any genuine chances in the second half in what proved to be a tense affair.

The point takes Queen's Park third and level on points with Rangers.
