What is it like to live in this humming metropolis where everyone is in a hurry?

My sympathy for #11 Pete after it turns out I at #12 and the person (name forgotten) at #17 were wrong and Chelmsford v Colchester wasn't picked for TV. Chelmsford City's 5-3 penalty-shoot-out win over East Thurrock Utd tonight reinforces Pete's point: it seems a potentially great TV game was missed out on by the pre-replay decision on the live games.

This tie should provde an interesting spectacle. An Evostick club that has won 50% of its matches whilst letting in 1.7 goals per match, agaist a third tier outfit that is incapable of playing for 90 minutes, and remains, as far as ineffectual management is concerned, like a rudderless rust tub on a stormy sea. On second thoughts I think I'll go shopping!

At last, some evidence that the BBC realises the FA Cup's early rounds consist of more than Ronnie Radford's goal v Newcastle. Not looking forward to seeing Motson wheeled out to talk about it again, ad infinitum

Watched the draw on ITV. Another poor peice of scheduling clashing with the KO of the live Tyne Tees derby.
With my club not entering until Round 3 my interest was the two local clubs. Dartford assuming that they win tomorrow's replay once again face Port Vale whilst Ebbsfleet got a trip to Carlisle. I fancy the Cumbrians to lose at Stonebridge road in a replay.
