Robert Huth will not be charged by FA after Luis Suarez clash
Stoke defender Robert Huth will not be charged by the Football Association for an alleged stamp on Liverpool forward Luis Suarez.
The German, 28, appeared to thrust his foot into the Uruguay international's chest during the 0-0 draw on Sunday.
Under FA rules retrospective action cannot be taken if an incident has been seen, even if the full extent of it has not been witnessed.
And at least one of the match officials saw the coming together of the players.
Suarez was later accused of diving in Stoke's penalty area by Potters manager Tony Pulis.

@191 Disagree with the accidental but had to laugh at your last 2 lines :-)
I watch a lot of rugby and sadly whining is beginning to creep in....game involving my local team opposition 9 wound someine up until he got a 2 fingered slap and immediately ran over the the ref about it....he did shut up when i told him not to start acting like a footballer tho

I thought this was accidental and the referee and assistant referee obviously thought so too.
Compare this to rugby where players get stood on all the time, they just get on with it! Footballers just need to man up!
Maybe Huth is just doing his bit to help stamp racism out of Football, maybe Terry is next on his list!

Huth and Tiote got away with stampingt. Its really strange how the fa select what and who to review and when. Consistency required.
On another note people say FA take it easy on manutd. do you remember rooney ban for swearing on camera. Please tell me how many players have sworn on camera since and have been punished

Watched this a few times last night and while he didn't really stamp Huth knows exactly where he is putting his foot. But hey it was only on Luis Suarez so that is OK according to the FA
