Everton play made me smile and clap - David Moyes

Manager David Moyes says that the quality of Everton's play at times in the first-half had him "clapping and smiling", as the Toffees beat Southampton 3-1.

Having fallen behind to Gaston Ramirez's sixth minute header, Leon Osman equalised for the hosts leading to a period in which a "terrific" Everton won the game with two Nikica Jelavic goals.

Moyes believes Everton, who stand second in the Premier League, will be "right at the top end" come the season's close.
