Dunfermline consigned Hamilton to a fifth league defeat after a convincing victory at New Douglas Park.
After a goalless first half, the Pars sprang to life just two minutes into the second period.
Stephen Jordan got to the byline to cross for Ryan Wallace, who fired in from 15 yards.
The striker grabbed his second in the 70th minute from Joe Cardle's low centre.
Substitute Ryan Thomson rounded off the victory one minute from time, heading home Stephen Husband's cross from close range.
