York City are now without a victory in four League Two games as they played out a goalless draw against Cheltenham.

Both sides created opportunities and will feel they could have won the game.

Home goalkeeper Michael Ingham made a fine save to deny Shaun Harrad, before Russell Penn's follow-up was snuffed out by the Minstermen defence.

York's Patrick McLaughlin and Jason Walker went close and Lee Bullock was denied by Scott Brown before Robins substitute Kaid Mohamed hit the bar.

"It wasn't as free flowing as I would have wanted it, but we've picked up four points since last Saturday and worked extremely hard. I thought we had the slightly better chances today in a tight game."
