Dan Bradley's last-minute penalty earned Alfreton Town a draw against high-flying Forest Green.

Rovers took the lead early on as Magno Vieira crossed for Yan Klukowski to power into the roof of the net.

The goalscorer then crossed for Jamie Turley, but his header flew over the bar.

That miss proved costly as Eddie Oshodi fouled Ben Tomlinson and Bradley slotted home to deny Forest Green a sixth league win in a row.

Forest Green boss Dave Hockaday told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:

"They are very big, strong, very direct and make it hard to play against. We didn't have the bravery today to play, so they've come and done a job on us and we weren't brave enough to get it down and play.

"The beauty of the game is to keep it simple and we didn't. We tried to complicate too much running with the ball, too many touches and we played into their hands and to be fair they (Alfreton) deserved a draw.

"We can play a lot better; we haven't played well enough for me to deserve a win. So we need to have a look at ourselves and improve.

"I thought mentally we looked a bit tired, the pressure we're under at the moment which is a nice pressure, we have to get used to. I hope we get used to it and I hope we stay up at the top, we have to deal with it - it's certainly better than when you've got the pressure of being at the bottom."
