Vadaine Oliver's close-range strike two minutes from time secured Lincoln's first win in eight games against Hyde.

Lincoln went ahead from the penalty spot through Colin Larkin before Scott Spencer equalised, also from 12 yards.

The home side were soon back ahead, again from the penalty spot, with Larkin converting his second penalty.

Hyde equalised when Phil Jevons scored from inside the box, but it was struggling Lincoln who secured the points through Oliver's late strike.

Lincoln City manager David Holdsworth told BBC Radio Lincolnshire:

"Overall with the character they've shown, the boys need applauding for it.

"I'm pleased for Colin Larkin because it is tough to score two penalties.

"If he [Vadaine Oliver] plays like that, this club has got a very very good player on our hands."
