Two goals from Adam Boyes helped Barrow secure their first victory of the season as they saw off Tamworth.

Danny Rowe fired the Bluebirds in front from Joe Jackson's corner, before Adam Cunnington equalised for the Lambs from the penalty spot after Tom Aldred fouled John Dempster.

The visitors went back in front when Boyes blasted home a powerful effort from inside the area.

And he was able to wrap up the three points with a close-range finish.
