Leeds United defender Sam Byram signs new contract
Leeds United defender Sam Byram has agreed a new three-year deal with the Elland Road club.
The 18-year-old made his league debut against Wolves on Saturday, having made his professional bow against Shrewsbury in the League Cup the previous week.
"I'm delighted, I didn't expect anything like this when we came back for pre-season training," he told the club website.
"The manager and the staff have been really encouraging."
