Birmingham City sign Chelsea full-back Ben Gordon on loan

Birmingham City have completed the signing of Chelsea left-back Ben Gordon on a six-month loan deal.

The Leeds academy graduate, 21, moved to Stamford Bridge in 2009 but is yet to make an appearance for the Champions League holders.

He has had loan spells out at Tranmere, Scunthorpe, Peterborough and two stints at Kilmarnock where he won the Scottish Cup against Celtic in March.

Gordon is manager Lee Clarke's sixth summer signing at St Andrews.
