AFC Wimbledon sign keeper Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz

AFC Wimbledon have signed Venezuelan goalkeeper Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz, a year after he had a trial spell with the League Two club.

The Dons have not disclosed the length of the contract the 28-year-old has signed at Kingsmeadow.

Jaimez-Ruiz has previous Football League experience with Barnet and Aldershot, playing more than 100 times over two spells with the Shots.

He spent last season with Blue Square Bet South side Dover Athletic.
