Chelsea forward Juan Mata seals victory for Spain after an assist from fellow Chelsea player Fernando Torres to make it 4-0.
Goals from David Silva and Jordi Alba in the first half and Fernando Torres in the second had given them a 3-0 lead.
Spain have become the first team to retain the European Championship.
