Euro 2012: Roy Hodgson says England should be optimistic

England manager Roy Hodgson expresses his disappointment following England's exit from Euro 2012 after losing to Italy on penalties.

Hodgson, who was appointed England manager on 1 May, concedes the national side must become better in possession but he says there were plenty of factors which pleased him about the team's performance.
