Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay hails the club's "phenomenal" players following their Champions League victory over Bayern Munich in a penalty shoot-out.
Gourlay says the team spirit cannot be questioned and admits the board is aware of the pressures now on them to appoint Roberto Di Matteo as the Blues' permanent manager.
