Blackpool v West Ham: The Championship play-off final is billed as the most lucrative game in world football. Blackpool fans will be hoping their side bounce back into the Premier League on their first attempt. Ian Holloway's side beat Birmingham in the semi-final
West Ham fans will be hoping for the same, having been relegated from the top-flight last season. Sam Allardyce's men defeated Cardiff in the last round, having been pipped to second spot by Southampton
