Rotherham United release midfielder Danny Harrison
Rotherham United have released midfielder Danny Harrison and full-back Tom Newey.
Harrison, 29, who joined the Millers from Tranmere in 2007, made 45 appearances in the 2011/12 season.
Newey, also 29, played a total of 66 games in two seasons at the Don Valley.
The Millers had already released Richard Naylor, Luke Foster, Marcus Marshall and Ollie Banks while Paul Warne has retired from playing to take up a coaching role with the club.
Defender Michael Raynes and goalkeeper Jamie Annerson have both been transfer listed.
