Pep Guardiola's Barcelona exit 'due to pressure and fatigue'
BBC Sport's Richard Conway believes "pressure and fatigue" are the main reasons for Pep Guardiola leaving as Barcelona manager .
Conway outlines the factors behind Guardiola's decision not to renew his rolling one-year contract and thinks that a host of rival teams will be vying for his signature when he decides to return to football.
The 41-year-old, who made 479 appearances for Barca between 1990 and 2001, was appointed in 2008 and has led the Catalan club to 13 trophies.
