Sheffield United came from behind to beat Leyton Orient and strengthen their grip on second place.

The visitors went ahead when a long clearance from goalkeeper Jamie Jones found Kevin Lisbie, who nipped in ahead of the Blades defence.

Ched Evans squared the ball to Lee Williamson to bring United level.

Williamson set up Michael Doyle for 2-1, Ryan Dickson was sent off for the O's for a wild challenge, and Evans' great run completed the scoring.

Sheffield United manager Danny Wilson told BBC Radio Sheffield:

"We had to work very, very hard again to get the points as we have done in numerous games recently.

"Obviously, there was a lot from Leyton Orient's point of view to play for, so we knew we couldn't take anything for granted.

"It was nip and tuck for a lot of the game, but as the game went on we looked very strong in the end."

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade told BBC London 94.9:

"We came to make it difficult for them, we weren't going to roll over and make life easy for them.

"We could have got a second goal, but fair play to them, they keep plugging away and don't deviate from what they try to do and they have the goal scorers to back it up.

"I shall not be defending him (Ryan Dickson) and his sending off.

"I thought it was a ridiculous decision by my player and I feel let down by the sending off and disappointed with their second goal."
