Bailey Wright scored his first Preston goal in the final minute to rescue a point for the struggling hosts against play-off hopefuls MK Dons.

Darren Potter opened the scoring after Alan Smith's dummy allowed the midfielder to go unchecked into the area and slot past Thorsten Stuckmann.

Chris Holroyd came close to a quick-fire leveller but his header came back off the crossbar.

Wright's header from Paul Coutts' free-kick gave Preston a vital point.
