Grant Basey's injury-time penalty rescued relegation-threatened Wycombe a point at play-off chasing Stevenage.

Boro had a great chance in the first half but Lawrie Wilson fired horribly wide when he should have scored.

But the hosts looked to be on course for victory after Michael Bostwick fired home spectacularly late on.

But Basey kept his cool in the dying moments from the spot to earn the visitors a point, after Craig Eastmond had been tripped by Mark Roberts.

This result means that Wycombe have now gone six games unbeaten in their fight for survival.
