Rowan Vine fitness puts off Southend United boss
Southend United boss Paul Sturrock has said he would have concerns over the fitness of striker Rowan Vine should he sign the QPR player.
Vine, 29, has been told he can leave Rangers and scored in a reserve game for the Shrimpers in midweek.
"He didn't look fit to me. A worrying aspect is how long it would take [to get him fit]," Sturrock told BBC Essex.
Meanwhile, Sturrock has said it is time to put an end to the uncertainty over Bilel Mohsni's future.
The 24-year-old defender has kept away from the club since the beginning of March after a series of disciplinary lapses.
"It's gone on too long now," said Sturrock. "It's something we're going to have to put a press release out on."
