Morecambe scored a goal in each half to beat Barnet and keep the Bees deep in relegation trouble.

Barnet dominated the first half and Izale McLeod had an effort ruled out for offside.

Kevin Ellison made him pay soon before the half-time break, pouncing after Stewart Drummond's shot was spilled by Bees keeper Liam O'Brien.

Jack Redshaw sealed the win when he smashed home Garry Hunter's cross, and team-mate Lewis Alessandra hit the bar.
