Hamilton 2-1 Raith Rovers

Simon Mensing scored the winner as Hamilton defeated Raith to claim their first league victory in five matches.

Grant Anderson had two great chances to open the scoring for Hamilton. The striker headed wide from close range after 33 minutes before bringing a brilliant save from David McGurn from 25 yards.

The hosts eventually opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time when Martin Canning found the top corner from six yards.

But the visitors equalised after 59 minutes when Brian Graham drilled into the top corner from 25 yards.

However, it took Hamilton only four minutes to retake the lead, Mensing firing into the bottom corner from close range.

The Accies could have gone further ahead, only for McGurn to deny Daniel Redmond and Anderson from distance.
