Archie Campbell missed a penalty as Morton drew with Partick Thistle at Firhill.

Thistle's Kris Doolan blasted a volley over the bar from six yards in the first half.

Morton were awarded a penalty when Stephen O'Donnell felled Peter MacDonald in the box but Campbell's effort on the hour cleared the crossbar.

Paul Cairney volleyed wide as the hosts threatened to claim all three points.
