Three second half strikes saw Scunthorpe come from behind to win at Leyton Orient.
Jonathan Tehoue headed Orient into a half-time lead from Dean Cox's cross.
Josh Walker's volley from eight yards made it 1-1 before substitute Andy Barcham poked home Garry Thompson's cross to put the visitors ahead.
Jon Parkin added a third when Orient goalkeeper Lee Butcher dropped the ball after falling awkwardly, with defender Scott Cuthbert taking over in goal.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade told BBC London 94.9:
"In the second half we didn't go out and play, we didn't do the simple things well. We didn't control well or pass well.
"It is difficult to find anything positive from today, I'm really disappointed.
"And maybe I take some responsibility. I went four-four-two to try and take the pressure off and try and get on top and that has not helped them at all.
"We got in front with the goal and then we got nothing from it."
Scunthorpe manager Alan Knill told BBC Radio Humberside:
"Probably looking at today and Tuesday, tough games and this one I thought was especially a tough game and I thought they were excellent first half.
"I was delighted to go in and sit everybody down and calm everybody down and we just changed our shape a little bit more, got people closer to Jon [Parkin] and it proved the right decision.
"We just played a little bit higher up the pitch and put Josh [Walker] a little bit closer to Jon [Parkin] and obviously got the goal."
