Stenhousemuir 1-0 East Fife
Andy Rodgers' 59th-minute goal was enough for Stenhousemuir to secure their third win of the campaign over East Fife.
In a tight first half, Paul McQuade went closest for East Fife with a volley that flew just over the crossbar.
Stenhousemuir responded and Stephen Murray should have done better when he hit a shot wide from the edge of the box.
The hosts grabbed the initiative close to the hour mark when Brown Ferguson played the ball on for Rodgers, who volleyed home from close range.
East Fife piled on the pressure and Robert Linn forced Alistair Brown into a full-stretch save around the post.
And Brown was soon the hero again, producing a fantastic reflex save from substitute Scott Dalziel to preserve the win.
