Chesterfield-Rochdale swap defenders Trotman and Holden
Holden was part of the Spireites side that won League Two last season
League One rivals Chesterfield and Rochdale have completed a permanent swap deal for defenders Neal Trotman and Dean Holden.
Trotman, 24, joined the Spireites on loan in November, when Holden, 32, moved in the opposite direction.
Former Preston defender Trotman, who only joined Dale in the summer, has signed an 18-month contract at the B2net Stadium.
Holden has agreed a deal until the end of the season at Spotland.
