Bristol Rovers sign Michael Poke and Aaron Downes
Poke has not played a competitive game in over 16 months
Bristol Rovers have signed Brighton goalkeeper Michael Poke and Chesterfield centre-back Aaron Downes on one-month loan deals.
Poke, 26, has only made one appearance for the Seagulls in his 18 months there, a 2-0 Carling Cup defeat by Northampton in August 2010.
Australian Downes, also 26, has played 194 times for the Spireites.
Rovers have also extended the loan spell of Cian Bolger from Leicester for another month.
