Roy Walker took over as Sky Blues manager in 2008
Roy Walker resigns as Sky Blues boss after semi-final defeat
Roy Walker has become the third local manager to leave his club on Tuesday after resigning from the Ballymena United job.
Walker stepped down just minutes after United lost 1-0 to Crusaders in the League Cup semi-final.
The former Crues manager indicated last month that he would leave if results did not improve.
Former Ballymoney United boss Joe McCall has been appointed caretaker manager at the Showgrounds.
