Gillingham consolidated their position in the play-off places with a comfortable win over Bristol Rovers.
Lewis Montrose put Gills ahead and a Danny Kedwell penalty made it 2-0 after Joe Anyinsah felled Garry Richards.
Mustapha Carayol's solo effort halved the deficit, but Danny Jackman restored the two-goal lead with a crisp drive.
Rovers' misery was complete when Cian Bolger saw red for fouling Curtis Weston and Kedwell scored Gillingham's fourth from the resulting spot-kick.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent:
"It was a very good performance. We spoke about setting the tone and tempo and we started the game really well.
"Overall it was a really good performance today. At 2-1, it gave them a bit of belief but we kept plugging away and didn't stop passing the ball.
"At the Bradford game a couple of weeks ago we didn't pass the ball too well, but we're a passing team. It was a good test of character and we were worthy winners."
