Kevin Nicholson's goal deep into injury time gave Torquay victory over Barnet.

Nicholson, who signed a new deal at Plainmoor on Wednesday, followed up his own long throw and fired a left-footed shot into the top corner.

Both sides hit the post in the first half, Eunan O'Kane for the hosts, with Barnet's Mark Hughes also finding the woodwork after a goalmouth scramble.

Torquay pressed after the break, and saw Ian Morris have a header cleared off the line before Nicholson's winner.
